The current focus is on Information Architecture relating to Energy Land Usage and Development Studies in Texas and adjoining locales; to create value from existing underutilized hydrocarbon rich formations, geothermal and geopressured formations at sometimes deeper stratigraphic levels, and low risk long term production Coal Bed Methane(CBM) formations at shallower levels.

Land Usage and Development also means surface energy production from wind and solar sources for electrical power generation including on-site kinetic storage for release on demand.

We offer due diligence  / accountability and transparency on previously executed Oil & Gas Prospects including environmental remediation, i.e. we uncover and trouble-shoot "problematic" prospects.

We also recognize the great need for infrastructure upgrades across our country and offer an on-site infrastructure inventory approach to determine specific areas in need of immediate attention. Subsurface structures and underground utilities would undergo the same kind of scrutiny with priority on gravity flow and a minimum of power consuming mechanicals.

A network of professionals maximize the the typical due diligence on properties prior to purchase and development including locating existing appurtenances, researching map databases, mineral title, lease schedules, current mineral ownership and utilization of all available state databases including geological and engineering information.
